Orders

An order is received when the website issues an order number. We may contact you to confirm details. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, information cannot be verified or misuse is suspected.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees. Cash on Delivery and any other method displayed at checkout are subject to confirmation. Obvious pricing or catalogue errors may be corrected before fulfilment.

Products

We aim to present products accurately. Colour can vary slightly because of lighting, packaging changes and screen settings. Cosmetics should be patch-tested and used according to their packaging.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, access issues, public holidays or delivery partners may occur. Customers must provide a complete, reachable address and phone number.
