Delivery area

We deliver to serviceable addresses across Pakistan. Some remote locations may require extra time or may not be available.

Delivery time

Orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days in major cities and 5–7 working days in other areas after confirmation. Public holidays, severe weather and high-volume periods can add time.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is PKR 250. Delivery is complimentary when the merchandise subtotal reaches PKR 5,000. The final charge is shown before the order is submitted.

Order tracking

Use the order tracking page with your order number and phone. Tracking details appear after a shipment is booked.

Address problems

Please check your phone and address before ordering. Re-delivery costs caused by an incomplete address, unavailable recipient or refused parcel may be charged to the customer.
